I do not know if it's the best book I have read, but it is the most marked my infancy, the book "The Diary of Anne Frank". This book is a collection of the diaries of Anne Frank, a Jewish girl who with her family went into hiding from the nazis during World War II.

In her diary Anne Frank tells his story of how he lived about two years hiding with her family and others persons in a basement in Amsterdam during the Nazi occupation of Holland in the World War II.
